Roberta Buso

Roberta Buso is an Italian pianist from Venice. She studied at the Conservatory of Castelfranco Veneto with Francesco Bencivenga and went on to complete her master’s degrees in Piano Performance and Chamber Music at the “A. Boito” Conservatory of Parma, studying with Roberto Cappello, Giampaolo Nuti, and Pierpaolo Maurizzi.
Throughout her education, Roberta refined her artistry through masterclasses with renowned pianists and pedagogues such as Filippo Gamba, Roberto Cominati, Benedetto Lupo, Andrea Lucchesini, Rasa Biveiniene Yakutite, Clara Kormendi, Alexander Meinel, Andrea Bambace, Eero Heinonen, Paavo Pohjola, Kristin Merscher, and Anders Kilström.
In 2017, she studied at the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki with Hamsa Al-Wadi Juris and Hui-Ying Liu-Tawaststjerna, and permanently relocated to Finland in 2019. Since then, she has worked as an accompanist at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and has taught piano to students around the world through online platforms.
Since 2022, Roberta has been a piano teacher and accompanist at the Kotka Region Music Institute. She continues to perform actively with various ensembles across Finland, sharing her passion for music through both performance and teaching.
